OUR STORY
Hawkins English Services was established in 2019 to meet the growing demand for professional, targeted English language development in the Veneto, Italy region. We believe in providing our clients with a premium service at a competitive price, backed up by nearly 15 years of industry experience across three continents. Our clients expect the best possible service, so only the best is provided.
OUR METHODOLOGY
Each client at HES is personally received to discuss their particular needs. This process is known as a Needs Analysis, in which the specific demands or objectives of the client are determined. In brief, an essential question is asked: 'What do you need English for?' From here, clients in need of English language instruction have their English level assessed through a proprietary Level Test based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). With the results of the Needs Analysis and Level Test in hand, we can then begin to build a set of English services that allow the client to reach their particular goals with the English language. This means that no two courses or set of services will ever be the same; unique clients mean unique services for each.
Born in California, USA in 1982, Brian moved to Italy in 2017 after traveling the world as a professional English teacher for many years. He has taught in the US, Brazil, Mexico, and Italy. He has a master's degree from the University of California, San Diego, and speaks Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese, beyond his native English.
